The menu page is loading or says it could not load
A connection or loading error is different from having no available menu. Customers can retry a failed load without changing your menu setup.
Steps
- If the page says “We couldn’t load your menu”, check the connection and choose Try again. This reloads the page.
- If it says “No menu available yet”, check that you have an upcoming menu whose order cutoff has not passed and, for rotation, assigned menu templates.
- If loading keeps failing, contact support with your store's public menu link, approximate time, device and browser, and a screenshot of the message. Do not share a customer's private sign-in link.
Frequently asked questions
Should I recreate my menus when a customer gets a loading error?
No. A loading error means the page could not finish reading what it needs; it does not mean your menus were deleted or need rebuilding.
What happens after a customer finishes Guided start on a phone?
The page moves to the top of meal selection. If menu data is still arriving, loading placeholders remain visible. Meal photos can continue loading while the customer browses.
Why does the customer portal show a plan or offer loading warning?
Some details could not be loaded even though the subscription is visible. Choose Try again to reload. Skip this week is temporarily unavailable until these details load, because skipping may end a welcome offer. The warning does not mean the subscription or offer was removed.
