Frequently asked questions
Where do customers see delivery days?
Customers see delivery day choices in the customer portal when available days are configured.
What does the order cutoff do?
The cutoff is the number of hours before a menu week starts when that week locks. Once a week is past its cutoff, customers can no longer change meals, add or remove recipes, skip, or check out for that week — it shows as Closed and the current selection is delivered as-is. The cutoff is measured from the start of the delivery period in your shop's timezone (for example, a 48-hour cutoff on a week that starts Tuesday locks it at the start of the prior Sunday).
Does a locked week disappear for the customer?
No. A locked week keeps showing so customers can see what will be delivered; the controls are just disabled and the week is marked Closed. It stops showing only after the delivery period itself has ended.
Where can I preview when weeks lock?
In Menus → Rotation, the Preview table shows a Status column (Open or Closed) for each upcoming period based on your order cutoff, so you can confirm the schedule before customers see it.
