How do app pricing plans work?

Servd uses Shopify managed pricing. Starter includes the core workflow, and paid plans unlock menu automation, storefront controls, production tools, migration support, and higher-touch support as needed.

Steps

1. Open Pricing.
2. Review the current plan and the features included at each tier.
3. Choose monthly or annual billing for a paid plan, or stay on Starter for the core free workflow.
4. Confirm paid plan changes through Shopify billing. The new plan applies as soon as Shopify confirms the charge.

Why am I asked to upgrade?

You tried to enable a feature that is included from a higher plan. Nothing else prompts an upgrade — there is no limit on how many subscriptions, orders or revenue your store handles on any plan.

Which features need a higher plan?

Growth adds rotating menus, menu templates, delivery zone checks, advanced analytics, packing slips / meal labels, rendering inside your theme, and welcome offers. Pro adds selection sections / add-ons, customer plan changes, brand color customization, slot auto-assign, per-dish options, menu card tags and nutrition, and the Plans & pricing theme block. Enterprise adds subscriptions in Shopify's own customer account page, multiple meal plan products with separate options, setup review, a custom feature review lane, priority support, custom features quoted separately, and subscription migration. Starter still includes the core meal subscription flow, product page widget, manual weekly menus, basic customer portal, Orders page, Meal Demand reports, and email support.

Is there a subscription revenue limit?

No. Current plans are feature-based, not revenue-based. There is no limit on how many subscriptions, orders, or subscription revenue your store can handle on a plan; upgrade prompts appear when you try to enable a feature that belongs to a higher tier.

What happens to a gated feature I already use if I downgrade?

Nothing breaks for your customers: menus, sections and rotations you already configured keep working on the storefront. You'll be asked to upgrade again only when you try to change those settings.

Where is billing confirmed?

Paid plan changes are confirmed through Shopify billing, so the charge appears inside the merchant's Shopify admin billing flow.
