How do I print meal labels for a delivery week?

The Meal Demand page shows how many portions of each meal you need for one delivery week, and can print one sticker label per portion.

Steps

1. Open Meal Demand.
2. Pick the delivery week with the arrows or the week menu. It opens on the week you are packing — the most recent week whose order cutoff has passed, which is marked 'packing now'.
3. Set 'Use by' — how many days after the delivery date the meals stay fresh. Leave it at 0 to leave the use-by line off the labels.
4. Click 'Print meal labels'. A print view opens with a header per meal (name and total portions) followed by one label per portion, showing the meal name, delivered date, and use-by date.
5. Print onto your sticker sheets or save as PDF. Unused label positions in each meal's last row are marked with X's so each meal starts on its own row.

Which date is stamped as Delivered on the labels?

The first day of the delivery week shown. The page covers one week at a time, so a print run can never mix two weeks; step to the next week and print again for its labels.

The page says some boxes have not been chosen yet. What do I do?

Until a box is charged the customer can still pick, and with automatic meal assignment the app fills whatever they leave unchosen at charge time. So a week whose charges have not run yet is genuinely short: the banner tells you how many boxes and roughly how many portions are missing from the counts. Click 'Show projected demand' and the app works out where those portions land — carrying each customer's last selection onto this week's menu, exactly as the charge will — and adds them to the table marked 'projected'. It is left as a click because it is worked out per box; the shortfall itself is always shown. Projections turn into real selections as the week's charges run, and a fully chosen week has none. If a box has nothing to carry forward the page warns separately: that one ships empty at the full plan price unless the customer picks before the charge.

My plan has two box sizes. How do I see the demand for each one?

Use the plan options filter next to the status filter. It lists the options on your meal plan products that the app does not already report on — a Format option with Regular and Supersize, for example — and narrows the table to the subscribers on the values you pick. Your meals-per-week option is left out on purpose: it is already what the Selections column counts. The totals and 'Print meal labels' both follow the filter, so you can print one label run per box size.

Why is a delivery missing from the filtered table?

A delivery can only be placed on a plan option if the variant the customer bought still exists on the product. If some no longer do, the page shows a warning with how many were left out; clear the plan options filter to count them again.
