How do I print meal labels for a delivery week?
The Meal Demand page shows how many portions of each meal you need for a date range, and can print one sticker label per portion.
Steps
- Open Meal Demand.
- Pick the delivery period with the date selector (it defaults to the current menu period).
- Set 'Use by' — how many days after the delivery date the meals stay fresh. Leave it at 0 to leave the use-by line off the labels.
- Click 'Print meal labels'. A print view opens with a header per meal (name and total portions) followed by one label per portion, showing the meal name, delivered date, and use-by date.
- Print onto your sticker sheets or save as PDF. Unused label positions in each meal's last row are marked with X's so each meal starts on its own row.
Frequently asked questions
Which date is stamped as Delivered on the labels?
The start date of the range you picked — select a single delivery period per print run. If you need labels for two delivery days, print once per period.
