Welcome offers let merchants reward new subscribers across their early boxes instead of only discounting a single checkout. The offer can be configured as a percentage or fixed amount, previewed against a plan size, and shown to customers as they move through the ladder.

What it is

A welcome offer is a configured sequence of discounted boxes for new subscribers. Merchants can set each step in the ladder, choose whether discounts stack with other offers, and preview the actual box price for a selected plan size.

Servd tracks each subscriber's progress through the offer and can show that progress in the customer portal, so customers understand what discount is coming next.

Why it matters

Meal subscriptions often need more than a single signup incentive. A multi-box offer can help a new subscriber build the habit over several deliveries while still giving merchants control over margin.

Offer rules can require consecutive boxes, so skips, failed payments or cancellations can end the streak when that is the right policy for the business.
