Subscription migration tools

August 10, 2026

Subscription migration is now an assisted Enterprise workflow in Servd. The migration tools find existing subscribers, collect the plan and meal mapping decisions only a merchant can make, and import contracts so subscribers can continue in Servd.

What it is

The Migrate subscriptions page scans existing subscription orders and prepares them for import. It supports mapping source orders to Servd meal plan variants, delivery methods, selected meals and per-dish option combinations.

When the source subscription used Shopify's vaulted payment method, Servd can create the new subscription contract without asking the customer to enter their card again.

Why it matters

Changing subscription apps is usually hardest at the payment and customer-retention layer. An assisted import reduces the customer-facing work and keeps active subscribers moving into the new system with their plan, delivery schedule and menu choices intact.

How to use it

Migration is an assisted beta workflow for Enterprise stores. Start from Migrate subscriptions, review the scan, complete the required mappings, and run a dry run with Servd before anything is moved live.
