Meal demand report

The meal demand report totals how many of each meal your customers have selected for an upcoming delivery, turning individual selections into one production-ready number per dish.
What it is
The report aggregates every customer's menu choices for a delivery week and shows the total quantity needed per meal. It's the answer to 'how many portions of each dish do we make this week?' without exporting and summing orders by hand.
Why it matters
Production and purchasing decisions ride on accurate per-dish counts. Under-prep and you're short; over-prep and you waste food. A single demand total per meal makes the kitchen's prep list and your ingredient order fall straight out of the app.
Where to find it
Open the analytics section for the delivery week to see demand per meal. Combine it with the packing slips to run the kitchen from prep list to pack line.
