Delivery-week reporting dashboard

August 20, 2026

Servd reporting now follows the delivery-week calendar merchants use to plan food, staff and fulfillment. Revenue, orders, portions and subscriptions are grouped by the week being delivered, not just the date a charge happened.

What changed

The dashboard now buckets revenue, orders and portions by delivery week. Subscription reporting also compares active subscriptions with new signups, giving merchants a clearer read on how the subscriber base is moving over the selected range.

Why it matters

Meal businesses plan around delivery periods. A charge can happen before the food is produced, and a signup can happen before the first delivery, so charge-date charts can answer the wrong operational question.

Delivery-week reporting keeps financial and production views aligned with the menu week the customer actually receives.

How to use it

Open the Dashboard and choose the reporting range. The revenue, orders, portions and subscription charts will align to delivery weeks automatically.
