Customer account subscription portal

Servd now includes a Shopify Customer Account extension for subscription management. Customers can open their account, review upcoming deliveries, choose meals and make supported subscription changes without leaving the Shopify account experience.

What it is

The customer account portal is a native account page for Servd subscriptions. It shows active subscriptions and upcoming deliveries, including menu selections for weekly, rotating and structured menus.

Customers can edit meals for open delivery periods, skip or resume deliveries, and use supported account actions such as changing plan size or delivery address when those options are enabled for the shop.

Why it matters

Modern Shopify Customer Accounts give customers a signed-in place to manage purchases. Moving subscription management into that account reduces reliance on separate portal links and makes repeat self-service easier.

For merchants, it keeps meal changes closer to the subscription record and lowers the number of support requests for routine edits.

How to use it

Publish the Servd customer account extension for your Shopify store and add the subscription page to the customer account menu. Customers can then manage eligible subscriptions from their Shopify account.
